Emotional eating has deep roots. And EFT can get to them all. There’s no need to leave the food in charge. With EFT, we can uproot the causes and let food become a choice – not a dictator.
Some aspects of emotional eating clear soon. But, generally, this issue has multiple roots, with many aspects, and takes more perseverance to clear. After you’ve experienced a demonstration session, a 3 or 6 month package is highly recommended.
